摘要
随着社会系统日益复杂，法律条文也变得越来越复杂，人类 increasingly 难以识别其中的潜在竞争，尤其是在起草新法律或应用现有法律时。尽管存在这一挑战，但迄今尚未提出任何检测此类竞争的方法。本文提出了一种新的法律 AI 任务，称为法律文章竞争检测(LACD)，旨在识别给定法律中的竞争条文。我们提出的新型检索方法 CAM-Re2 在 LACD 任务上性能优于现有方法，误报率降低 20.8%，漏报率降低 8.3%，在 Precision@5 上实现 98.2% 的提升。我们已在 https://github.com/asmath472/LACD-public 上发布代码。
