摘要
我们提出了一种使用商用现成组件开发的低成本紫外至红外绝对量子效率探测器表征系统。实验的关键组件包括光源、稳压电源、单色仪、积分球和校准光电二极管。我们提供了逐步构建成像传感器光子与量子效率传递曲线的流程。我们给出了GSENSE 2020 BSI CMOS传感器和Sony IMX 455 BSI CMOS传感器的结果。作为类似表征的参考,我们提供了零件清单及相关费用以及我们装置的图像。
