摘要
我们引入了一个模拟油-水-表面活性剂混合物的格子 Boltzmann 模型。该模型基于具有两个标量大序参数的 Ginzburg-Landau 自由能。其中包含了扩散和流体动力学输运。给出的结果表明表面活性剂如何扩散到油-水界面从而降低表面张力并导致自发乳化。乳化速率取决于三元流体的黏度。
