广义球形Blume-Emery-Griffiths模型:铁磁与反铁磁相互作用

摘要

我们在零场和非零磁场下,解析研究了包含铁磁或反铁磁自旋相互作用以及四极相互作用的广义球形Blume-Emery-Griffiths模型相图。我们指出,在三维零磁场下,当磁力自旋相互作用主导四极相互作用时,发生常规的铁磁-paramagnetic(PM-FM)或paramagnetic-antiferromagnetic(PM-AFM)相转变。然而,当自旋相互作用与四极相互作用同等重要时,在低温会出现FM-PM或AFM-PM转变,除常规的PM-FM或PM-AFM相转变之外。另一方面,在非零均匀外磁场 HH 下,我们发现三维情况下,FM相互作用不存在自发磁化状态的转变证据。然而对于AFM相互作用,我们得到的情形类似于零外磁场下描述的情形,除了临界温度现在是 HH 的函数。我们还发现两个临界场值 Hc1H_{c1},其中再临性现象消失,Hc2H_{c2}Hc10.5Hc2H_{c1}\approx 0.5H_{c2}),超过此值后PM-AFM相转变温度消失。
