3C270 射电星系中的尘埃带

摘要
我们对射电星系 3C270 (NGC~4261) 进行宽波段面积光度测量。我们发现该星系 图像中存在一条明显的尘埃带，并确定其方向与尺寸。我们利用星系的主轴轮廓来估计尘埃带的光学深度，并讨论该带对星系形状的意义。
