摘要
我们提出一种创新框架，将消费级无人机集成到消防管理中，既解决服务提升问题，又解决数据隐私 concerns，在澳大利亚《隐私法典》1988年的监管下。该系统构建了一个市场，消防管理当局作为数据消费者，可访问无人机运营商作为数据提供者的关键信息。该框架采用局部差分隐私保护数据提供者的隐私，确保所有系统实体均符合隐私标准。此外，基于区块链的解决方案 facilitate fair data and fee exchanges while maintaining immutable records for enhanced accountability。通过原型实现验证，该框架的可扩展性和适应性使其适用于消防管理中大规模、真实世界的应用。
