一款带片上电荷泵的4通道10-Gbps/ch CMOS VCSEL阵列驱动器

摘要

我们介绍了一款4通道10-Gbps/ch垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)阵列驱动器cpVLAD的设计与测试结果。其采用片上电荷泵,以扩展VCSEL所需的偏置裕度,用于低温工作并缓解辐射效应。cpVLAD采用65-nm CMOS工艺制造。测试结果表明,cpVLAD能够从2.5 V电源驱动正向偏置电压高达2.8 V的VCSEL。cpVLAD的功耗为94 mW/ch。
