新型 3 维调制格式 3D-Simplex 在具有相同频谱占用、每符号调制两比特的情况下，相较 DP-DPSK 潜在提供高 1.2 dB 的 OSNR 容限。我们通过实验验证此益处并评估其在非线性环境中的传输性能。所有实验结果均由仿真确认。3D-Simplex 的益处在高非线性 regime 下未能保持，但性能仍与 DP-DPSK 相当。
