128通道皮安培计系统及其在带电粒子束电流分布测量中的应用

摘要
基于仪表放大器构建了一个128通道皮安培计系统。利用直流高能带电束测量中高电势和窄带宽的优势,可实现优于5 fA的电流分辨率。构建了两个128通道法拉第杯阵列,并用于离子和电子束电流分布测量。使用60 keV O3+离子和2 keV电子的测试表明,在测量正带电粒子束电流分布时,它能提供精确的边界。
