9286星：星际极化目录的 agglomeration

这是一份修订版。修订主要是次要的。新版目录应优先于旧版。旧版中最严重的错误是，对于Reiz和Franco的条目，值不正确，有时远远大于实际值；该参考文献的正确值全部为零。我们 presenting了一个星际极化目录，结果覆盖9286颗星。我们努力消除错误，提供准确的(弧秒)位置，对同一颗星的多次观测进行合理加权，并提供合理的距离。该目录作为ASCII文件(catalog.txt)包含在本次提交的源文件中。

The most serious error in the older version was that $\theta_diff$ was incorrect, being sometimes far too large, for Reiz and Franco entries; the correct values are all zero for that reference. 11 pages, no figures.
