摘要
本文探讨了外载荷下单个化学键的强制断裂问题。我们提出了一个通用框架，以最优方式利用实验观测到的断裂力数据来估计理论模型的参数。作为应用，我们探究了基于真实的实验数据集，在多大程度上能够区分近期提出的几种模型。
