晶格模型中零能Andreev表面束缚态

摘要
针对具有任意表面取向的d波超导体晶格模型，找到了零能Andreev表面束缚态存在的条件。同时考虑了最近邻和次近邻模型。结果表明，结果对表面取向非常敏感。特别地，对于半填充的表面，零能Andreev表面束缚态仅在和同时为奇数的条件下出现。
