M31 中的年轻星团

在我们利用 MMT/Hectospec 对 M31 球状星团系统的研究中，我们获得了 85 个年龄小于 1 Gyr 的星团的高质量光谱。除了位于 NGC 205 中的年轻星团 Hubble V 外，我们发现这些年轻星团的运动学和空间分布与属于 M31 年轻盘的特征一致。利用光谱推导的年龄和 HST 成像对星团质量和结构参数进行的初步估算，证实了早先的推测，即 M31 拥有类似于 LMC 年轻富集星团的星团。
