Gould Belt的年轻孤立中子星

摘要
对当地年轻、冷却中子星的起源进行了调查，采用考虑Gould Belt中中子星贡献，以及来自Galactic盘的中子星的population synthesis模型。我们估计其作为函数的距离和年龄的软X射线发射，并构建Log N -- Log S分布。证明包括Gould Belt中的中子星提供了对观察到的Log N -- Log S分布良好拟合。由于太阳位于Gould Belt内部，可以自然解释当地大量质子生长前体的比较过度，能够消除仅将Gould盘中子星计入模型时先前报告的相对明亮(0.1 ROSAT PSPC cts s)冷却中子星的不足问题。
