年轻银河星际团簇 II：帕洛穆尔 12 星系的研究

摘要
我们对约 1700 颗星体进行宽带 V、I CCD 光度测量，覆盖银河星际团簇帕洛穆尔 12 的 10.7'×10.7' 区域。据此获得从红巨星分支顶端到距离团簇主序拐点约 2 幅度以下的颜色-光度图。通过与 47 Tuc 和 M5 的颜色-光度图进行比较，并使用不同理论模型，我们确认帕洛穆尔 12 年轻，年龄为 47 Tuc 和 M5 的 68%±10%。也获得了修订后的结构参数：r(c)=37.8±0.6，c=1.08±0.02。
