摘要
双侧吸收（BAL）类鲁尼星（QSO）在 X 射线中极其微弱，可能由于极端的本征吸收所致。然而，随着 Chandra 和 ASCA 最近的 X 射线观测，已有数颗天体显现出来。当足够的计数用于 X 射线光谱时，吸收特征清晰可见。此外，越来越多的证据表明，吸收体比以前的简单模型更为复杂；当前的吸收体模型需要拓展到适用于 BAL 类鲁尼星的高亮度、高速度和高离子化 regime 中。
