IC 2391 中超饱和星的 X 射线旋转调制

我们报告了对IC 2391中VXR45的X射线旋转调制的证据。该星是一颗年轻快速自转星，属于IC 2391的成员。它是一颗DG9 光谱类型的星，其旋转周期和 X 射线亮度使其成为超饱和星。我们的X射线观测使用XMM-Newton上的EPIC/PN进行，覆盖约两个光学旋转周期。检测到旋转调制意味着结构不均匀性的存在。提出并讨论了可能的解释。
