锁定电荷密度波的X射线衍射

摘要
我们报告了对掺杂电荷密度波系统的X射线研究。当2k_f电荷密度波被强烈锁定在杂质上时，干涉效应导致+2k_f与-2k_f卫星反射强度不对称。此外，卫星反射的轮廓不对称表明在缺陷周围存在弗里德尔振荡(FOs)。我们在V和W掺杂的蓝青铜中研究了这些效应。同步辐射研究明确显示V掺杂蓝青铜中V原子周围存在FOs。
