摘要

我们 presented a 基于硅平台制造的单芯片光子 QKD 发射器。我们实现了 45.9km 远的现场部署光纤中的安全密钥生成，并通过无需 III-V 材料的光源方式证明了其在 32 条 WDM 通道上的运行。
