紧逼截止日期背后是什么？技术债务的业务成因

摘要
紧逼截止日期背后的业务成因是什么？是什么驱动了功能特性的优先化，将质量问题推到次要位置？我们对 71 位经验丰富的从业者进行了调查，并对开放式问题“您能否举例说明业务如何导致技术债务？”的答案做了主题分析。业务相关成因被组织为两类：纯业务类以及业务/IT 鸿沟类，它们与“紧逼截止日期”和“功能优先于质量”相关，而这两者是技术债务最常被引用的管理原因。我们贡献了一个因果模型，将紧逼截止日期的各种业务成因与优先功能而非质量方面的行为联系起来。
