YCo9Si4 中的弱它inerant 铁磁性

摘要
研究了 YCo9Si4 在约 25 K 以下的弱它inerant 铁磁性，通过磁化、比热和电导率测量。单晶 X 射线 Rietveld refinement 在室温下揭示了 Y、Co 和 Si 原子在四方坐标系 I4/mcm 空间群中完全有序分布，这与 LaCo9Si4 等同结构。后者在 6 T 以上表现出它inerant 电子磁性，诱导磁矩约为 1 /f.u.，而 YCo9Si4 在 2 K 处表现出约 12 Am/kg 的自发磁化 M0~1.6 /f.u.，指示其为弱它inerant 铁磁性。
