通过YNi_2B_2C超导体的射频穿透深度测量观测到的涡旋响应与临界场

摘要

利用射频穿透深度\lambda(T,H,\theta )的测量来研究硼碳化物超导体YNi_2B_2C中的超导序参量、混合态中的涡旋动力学并描绘临界场。下临界场具有反常的T依赖性,H_{c1}(T)=1.12[1-(T/T_c)] kOe,但这与微波频率下的独立超流体密度测量一致。涡旋响应由粘性磁通流主导,表明极弱钉扎,并由场尺度H_{c2,eff}参数化。涡旋贡献的角依赖\lambda(\theta)与Coffey-Clem模型吻合良好。在上临界场附近的对拆对相变中观察到结构,存在明确的临界场H_{c2a}、H_{c2b}和H_{c2c},其中涡旋场尺度H_{c2,eff}最接近H_{c2b}。总体而言,测量表明YNi_2B_2C的输运参数具有丰富且不寻常的场依赖关系。
