摘要
在伦敦极限下,对二维涡旋晶体在薄超导薄膜(或 alternatively 为 Josephson 结阵列)中的熔化进行蒙特卡罗模拟。采用有限大小缩放分析,对 KTNHY theory 中预测的位错中介熔化理论进行详细检验。我们发现熔化过渡呈弱一阶,剪切模量的跃变非常接近 KTNHY 理论所预测的。未发现六面体液相。
