我们提出 VoiceAgentRAG，这是一个开源的双代理记忆路由器，用于解耦检索与响应生成。一个背景 Slow Thinker 代理持续监控对话流，利用 LLM 预测可能的后续主题，并预取相关文档块到 FAISS 后端的语义缓存中。一个前景 Fast Talker 代理仅从该亚毫秒缓存中读取，在缓存命中时完全绕过向量数据库。
