摘要
我们介绍 VOCALExplore，一个支持用户在视频数据集上构建领域特定模型的系统。VOCALExplore 支持交互式标注会话并利用用户提供的标签训练模型。VOCALExplore 通过根据收集标签中观测到的偏斜自动决定如何选取样本，使模型质量最大化。它还将特征选择视为上升匪徒问题（rising bandit problem），从而在选择训练模型时使用的最优视频表示。最后，VOCALExplore 实现了若干优化，以在不牺牲模型性能的前提下实现低延迟。我们证明 VOCALExplore 在给定候选获取函数和特征提取器下达到了接近最优的模型质量，且以低可见延迟（每次迭代约 1 秒）和无需昂贵预处理做到了这一点。
