基于 IceCube 与 PICO 的自旋相关暗物质–核子相互作用的速度无关约束

摘要

采用银河系中暗物质(DM)粒子的各向同性 Maxwell 速度分布标准晕模型(SHM),当前对其与核子自旋相关散射截面最严格的约束来自 IceCube 中微子观测站与 PICO-60 C3_3F8_8 过热气泡室实验。前者对俘获于太阳中的 DM 粒子自湮灭产生的高能中微子敏感,而后者寻找 DM 与核子散射的核反冲事件。尽管较慢的 DM 粒子更可能被太阳俘获,较快的粒子更可能被 PICO 探测到。近期 N 体模拟表明平滑晕成分的 DM 显著偏离 SHM,而观测暗示本地 DM 的主导部分处于子结构中。我们采用 Ferrer 等人(2015)的方法,利用两种方法的互补性推导 DM–核子散射的保守约束。我们的结果在 90%\gtrsim 90\% C.L. 下约束质量为 1~TeV、以 τ+τ\tau^+ \tau^-bbˉb\bar{b})湮灭、本地密度 ρDM=0.3 GeV/cm3\rho_{\mathrm{DM}} = 0.3~\mathrm{GeV/cm}^3 的 DM 粒子 σSD3×1039cm2\sigma_{\mathrm{SD}} \lesssim 3 \times 10^{-39} \mathrm{cm}^2(6 ×1038cm2 \times 10^{-38} \mathrm{cm}^2)。该约束随 ρDM\rho_{\mathrm{DM}} 反比缩放,且与 DM 速度分布无关。
