POMDP 信念状态近似向空间分析

摘要
我们提出了一种针对 POMDP 的价值导向信念状态近似新方法。价值导向模型允许人们选择对决策质量影响较小的信念状态监测近似方法。通过对该问题进行向空间分析，我们设计了两种新的搜索过程来选择近似方案，其计算特性远优于现有方法。尽管这些方法提供的误差界较宽松，但我们通过实证表明，它们在实践中的决策质量影响相似，且运行速度快达两个数量级。
