利用单顶夸克快度在强子对撞机上测量V_td、V_ts、V_tb

摘要
单顶夸克产生过程通常被视为在强子对撞机上可直接测量V_tb的过程。我们表明，在t道和tW产生过程中分析单顶夸克快度分布也可以对V_td设置直接限制。在LHC上，能量为14 TeV、积分亮度为10 fb^-1时，当使用顶夸克快度分布后，对V_td的组合限制可能降低近一半。这也意味着对V_tb的限制也可降低15%，因为这两个参数以及V_ts必须通过全局拟合数据同时获得。在Tevatron上，利用该分布需要非常高的统计量。
