百亿亿次科学工作流计算可重现性的用例

摘要
我们提出了一种改进可重现性的方法，包括在混合可查询系统ProvEn服务器中捕获和关联溯源特征与性能指标。通过两个用例说明了系统能力：ACME气候模拟中结果的科学可重现性以及HPC计算平台上分子动力学工作流的性能可重现性。
