人类粪便堆肥(HEC)是一种可持续的人类粪便(HE)管理策略,通过回收养分、减轻健康风险,同时减少对淡水、化石燃料和肥料的依赖。我们present了HEC系统中微生物时间序列分析,展示了HEC系统的初始肠道样微生物群在持续一年、每周跟踪的十五个生物复制物中,向类似土壤和传统堆肥的微生物群过渡。
