摘要
我们提出了一种用于新型自旋电子计算架构中无监督聚类的硬件学习规则。所提出的方法利用畴壁磁隧道结器件的三端结构建立反馈回路，用于在神经形态计算架构中将这些器件用作突触时对其进行训练。
