基于 InfoGAN 的街道建筑无监督分类

摘要
街道建筑在城市形象与街景分析中起着至关重要的作用。然而，现有方法均为有监督的，需要昂贵的标注数据。为此，我们提出了一种基于信息最大化生成对抗网络（InfoGAN）的街道建筑无监督分类框架，其中我们利用 InfoGAN 的辅助分布 作为无监督分类器。在中国南京真实街景图像数据库上的实验验证了我们的框架的实用性与准确性。此外，我们从真实图像中隐藏的固有信息得出了一系列启发式结论。这些结论将帮助规划者更好地了解建筑类别。
