揭示中心对称二维磁体中的自发 Bloch 型斯格明子

摘要

在二维(2D)磁体中实现磁性斯格明子对基础研究与器件应用都极具前景。尽管近期取得进展,二维斯格明子宿主仍很有限,因为大多数二维磁体具有中心对称性从而缺乏 Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya 相互作用(DMI)。本文中,我们基于对称性的一般分析表明,Bloch 型斯格明子实际上可在二维磁体中因次近邻 DMI 的面内分量(dx)与磁各向异性的共同作用而稳定存在。其在 Cr₂Ge₂Te₆ 单层中得到了验证,近期实验也证实了这一点。我们的工作为实验研究二维磁性材料以稳定斯格明子提供了明确方向,并应极大丰富二维晶格中磁性斯格明子的研究。
