提出了一个简单模型,描述具有 Rashba 自旋轨道相互作用(SOI)的铁磁体/掺杂半导体混合结构中,由外加电场脉冲驱动的磁化动力学。外加电场激发的电流因 SOI 而自旋极化,从而通过 s-d 交换耦合在铁磁层中诱导磁化旋转。针对实际参数值,分析了磁化动力学对电脉冲形状和幅度的依赖性。我们表明,其动力学类似于一个阻尼非线性振子,其时间相关频率正比于外加电场的平方根。研究了椭圆形磁性元件的磁化翻转特性随外加电场幅度和方向的变化。
