单轴 c 轴压力对欠掺杂 BaFe$_2$(As$_{0.72}$P$_{0.28}$)$_2$ 超导体的影响

摘要

在 BaFe2_2(As1x_{1-x}Px_x)2_2 中,随着 P 浓度或静水压的增加,耦合的反铁磁(AF)序(TNT_N)与正交晶格畸变(TsT_s)被抑制至零温,可达到最佳超导性(Tc30T_c \approx 30 K)。本文利用输运和中子散射研究单轴 c 轴压力对欠掺杂 BaFe2_2(As0.72_{0.72}P0.28_{0.28})2_2 中电子相的影响,该材料在零压下 TN=Ts40T_N = T_s\approx 40 K、Tc28T_c \approx 28 K。随着 c 轴压力增大,TNT_NTsT_sPc20P_c \sim 20 MPa 附近略有增强。进一步增大压力时,AF 序逐渐抑制至零,而 TcT_c 增强至 30 K。我们的结果揭示了 BaFe2_2(As1x_{1-x}Px_x)2_2 中磁弹性耦合的重要性,表明 c 轴压力可作为调控铁磷化物中电子相的调谐参数。
