本报告将解释如何在完整QCD中计算指定核子中夸克密度和自旋分布矩的基态矩阵元，展示包括π介子云物理在内的到手征极限的物理外推如何解决先前与实验的明显冲突，并描述进行最终与实验比较所需的计算资源。
