摘要
肺掩模的创建缺乏明确的标准和标准化指南，导致标注者之间存在高度主观性。在本研究中，我们通过与基于CT评估的总肺容积进行比较，评估了按照当前最先进方法创建的胸部X光片分割掩模中肺区域的低估问题。我们显示，遵循心脏、心肌和膈肌轮廓创建的肺X光掩模会显著低估肺区域并排除大量肺部组织的进一步评估，这可能导致大量临床错误。
