横向自旋阀中自旋-电荷转换的无歧义电学探测

摘要

高效探测自旋-电荷转换为推进我们对自旋轨道耦合纳米结构中涌现现象的理解至关重要。在此,我们提供了一种自旋-电荷转换电学探测方案的原理验证,该方案能够在扩散横向通道中完全解耦竞争性的自旋轨道耦合输运现象,即逆自旋霍尔效应(ISHE)与自旋电流效应(SGE)。研究表明,在斜外加磁场中合适的探测几何结构,通过对输出非局域电阻进行简单的对称性分析,可直接获取自旋-电荷输运系数。该方案对自旋注入器磁化方向的倾斜、无序以及非局域信号中与自旋无关的杂散贡献具有鲁棒性,并可用于探测自旋阀和混合光自旋电子器件中的自旋-电荷转换效应。
