固体中强场电子动力学的超快控制

摘要
我们综述了利用强激光脉冲和光波形控制电荷载流子运动的相关理论基础与近期进展。阿秒科学的工具与技术使得对相对未探索的非破坏性强场效应区域的详细研究成为可能。此类极端非线性效应可用于以精确控制的光场引导电子运动，并以远超传统电子学能力的速率切换电流。
