大气窗口下室温下超灵敏的全斐率检测

摘要
我们报道了在两种大气窗口 (4.8 m 和 9 m) 下，对一个量子级联激光与局部振荡器进行的室温下全斐率检测。通过采用相位锁定技术，将局部振荡器与信号锁定在相位一致，从而测得的全斐率噪声等效功率为几皮瓦，这一噪声等效功率比直接检测低了六个数量级。
