光子晶体腔的超快非线性光学调谐

摘要
我们演示了含有InAs量子点的GaAs光子晶体（PC）腔的快速（高达20 GHz）、低功率（5 W）调制。通过带上的皮秒激光脉冲注入自由载流子，实现腔共振蓝移的快速调制。还演示了由于激光诱导加热而导致的几个线宽的慢速调谐。
