51颗II型超新星的UBVRIz光变曲线

摘要

我们呈现了1986年至2003年间在四项不同巡天中发现的51颗II型超新星的UBV RIz光变曲线汇编:Cerro Tololo超新星巡天、Calan/Tololo超新星计划(C&T)、超新星光学与红外巡天(SOIRS)以及卡内基II型超新星巡天(CATS)。测光基于模板相减图像以消除任何潜在的宿主星系光污染,并根据前景星进行校准。本工作呈现了这些测光数据,使用不同波段研究了颜色演化,并探讨了最大亮度时的星等与从最大光到复合阶段结束的亮度下降参数(s)之间的关系。发现该参数对于较红波段较平缓,并且在B波段似乎具有最佳相关性。此外,它还与平台持续时间相关,即对于较大(较小)的s值,平台持续时间更短(更长)。
