CdSe/ZnSe 量子点伸长统计的双步模型与单步模型对比

摘要
研究了量子点层引起的磁光偏振间转换。随着外磁场和样品取向的变化，观察到了多种类型的样品偏振响应。基于自旋演化的单步模型和双步模型分析了全套实验依赖关系。在两种模型中均考虑了样品平面内量子点沿伸长方向的角分布，并将模型预测与实验观测进行了比较。
