四能级热量子纳米机器中的双声子传播

摘要
声波作为声学，是物理学中一个成熟的领域。类比于光，工程师们借鉴光学领域的工具来操控声波以对抗癌细胞。在此，我们提出一种由热梯度驱动的纳米机器概念，用于同时发射两个声子，即把热转化为声波输出。我们的理论工作为未来超声设备可能使用的纳米级组件或系统提供了启示。
