M31中两个新型X射线/光学/射电超新星遗迹

摘要
我们将对 M31 盘状区的深层 (37 ks) Chandra ACIS-S 图像与当地星系调查的窄带光学数据以及相同区域的 Very Large Array (VLA) 射电数据进行比较。我们的精确配准图像揭示了两个新的光学壳层，伴随 X 射线信号。这些壳层的尺寸、[S II]/H-alpha 通量比以及 X 射线谱性质均符合典型的超新星遗迹特征，年龄分别为 9 和 17 千年。分析互补的 VLA 数据揭示了射电信号，进一步确认它们是超新星遗迹。我们讨论并比较这些超新星遗迹在不同波段的性质与形貌。
