摘要
我们通过MAGELLAN-MIKE和GEMINI-GMOS光谱确认了在Antlia星系团中心区域存在两个致密椭圆(cE)星系。迄今为止，在距离100 Mpc以内，这种稀有类型的星系仅已知约十几个。通过这一发现，Antlia成为在其星系族群中拥有不止一个cE星系的最近星系团。其中一个星系显示出与主导该星系团中心区域的巨椭圆星系之一相互作用的证据。
