非正交反磁性有序态下电流诱导自旋扭矩的开启:钛钼酸 PdCrO2

摘要

我们报告了对钛钼酸 PdCrO2 中感应电流产生的自旋扭矩进行的测量,扭矩作用于相邻的铁镍层。随着温度降低穿过 Neel 温度,PdCrO2 向从平坦相转向非正交反磁性态,导致自旋扭矩显著增强。这一结果在定性上与 PdCrO2 中自旋电流生成随反磁性有序性变化的密度泛函理论计算相一致。
