星际介质中的湍流:能量与驱动机制

摘要
星际湍流若缺乏持续的能量输入,将迅速耗散。本文检讨了六种可能的能量驱动机制:磁旋转不稳定、引力不稳定、原恒星流、H II 区膨胀、恒星风以及超新星。我得出结论:超新星贡献的能量远超其他机制,因此最可能为湍流的驱动者。
