阱内原子的576 nm附近调谐波长

摘要
我们报告了在线性偏振光偶极阱中(波长约为576 nm)的镱原子基态调谐波长的理论预测与测量。通过结合阱频率和射频损耗光谱学,实现了标量极化率与张量极化率的分离,从而无需负总极化率范围内的测量即可完成。计算得到的调谐波长为 nm,与测得值一致。通过阱损失实验确认了镱原子基态极化率为零的存在,这一实验也使调谐波长的精确度提升至 nm。尽管某些波长下的极化率存在虚部,但通过合理选择偶极阱的偏振方式,成功实现了镱原子在575.348至575.689 nm范围内的玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚。
