卷曲微管中集成了量子阱的可调等离激元纳米天线

摘要

我们提出并实现了一种可调等离激元纳米天线设计,其由两个堆叠的 Ag 长方体组成,集成于卷曲的半导体微管中。通过变化长方体到嵌入式 GaAs 量子阱的距离来调谐天线共振以匹配其光致发光发射。空间、光谱和时间分辨的光致发光测量揭示了量子阱发射的红移与寿命缩短,作为与天线系统耦合的特征。借助有限元电磁仿真,我们将该耦合归因于 Ag 长方体内高阶等离激元模式的激发。
